Our students have the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of leadership roles in support of our Character Education Initiative. They plan, organize and support numerous international, provinicial and local Community Service Projects such as Tonnies for Terry Fox, UNICEF at Halloween, the Remembrance Day Ceremony and Poppy Sale, the Strathcona Christmas Bureau, and other community service activities chosen on a year-to-year basis. The School Spirit student group helps organize and support 'special event days' for all students and staff to ensure Glen Allan is always a fun place to learn! Our grade six leadership team also provides special service throughout the school through our Helping Hands Projects. Their school-wide leadership initiatives include:
